Nature in the City: Celebrate Urban Birds Workshop at Sunnycrest Park

Peregrine falcons, bald eagles, even screech owls all call Syracuse their home. Explore the surprising variety of birds in Syracuse with naturalist Matt Kauffman. Participants will conduct a citizen science project, learn tricks for identifying spring warblers, and receive materials to turn their backyard or community greenspace into an oasis for urban birds. Presented in partnership with Sunnycrest Park Association and the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. Meet at Sunnycrest Ice Rink. Donations appreciated
